A Legacy Rooted in Dreams and Nature

KK Agro Tourism is more than just a destination—it’s a heartfelt tribute to a family’s generational vision. Our story began with a simple dream nurtured by my grandparents, Smt. Nalini and the late Mr. Shrikrishna Kasar, who longed for a piece of land to raise cattle, enjoy pure milk, and cultivate a self-sustained kitchen garden. In 2007, my father, the late Mr. Kedar Kasar, transformed that dream into reality by acquiring our first plot in Velhe, nestled at the foothills of the majestic Torna Fort near Pune. With hard work, love, and support from his devoted wife, the late Kanchan Kasar, what was once a barren hillock soon turned into a green haven, teeming with trees and life.

A Temple Inspired by Devotio

A deeply spiritual moment came when a close friend gifted a Shivaling to my grandmother—a devout follower of Lord Shiva. Inspired by this sacred gift, our family built a beautiful Shiva Temple in the middle of a thriving mango orchard, replicating the divine architecture of Pashupatinath in Nepal. This temple is not just a place of worship, but a symbol of our family’s devotion, love, and tradition.

Our Growth: From Family Retreat to Eco-Tourism Destination

Over time, our land evolved into a flourishing agro-tourism destination spanning over 10 acres and enriched by more than 10,000 trees. The addition of a lake-view infinity pool, spacious cottages, and wellness spaces made it an ideal location for family gatherings, yoga retreats, and weekend getaways.
Encouraged by friends and relatives who visited and fell in love with the natural beauty of the space, my father officially launched KK Agro Tourism in 2020, with the essential guidance and support of MART.
