- KK Agro Tourism, We provides hospitality, farm stay, and tourism services subject to availability and the policies below.
- These Terms apply to all visitors, guests, and users of our website and services.

Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment (full or partial, as specified at the time of booking).
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other payment gateways we support.
- You are responsible for providing accurate details during booking (name, dates, number of guests, etc.).
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 1:00 PM (Early check-in available upon request).
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to:
- Respect property, staff, and other guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Avoid activities that disturb others (loud noise, unsafe behavior, etc.).
- Follow all safety instructions and local laws.
KK Agro Tourism reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these rules without refund.
Use of Facilities
- All facilities (rooms, dining, farm activities, adventure activities, etc.) must be used responsibly.
- Certain activities may require waivers or adherence to safety guidelines.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss resulting from negligence or failure to follow rules.
Limitation of Liability
- KK Agro Tourism shall not be held responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Delays, cancellations, or changes due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government orders, etc.).
- Third-party services (transport, tours, etc.) not directly provided by us.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
