Terms & Conditions

  • The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Meals and other services are available at extra cost.
  • Customers must settle bills on presentation, and personal cheques are not accepted.
  • Please present your ID card upon check in.
  • Check-out time is 11.00 am, please inform if you wish to extend beyond this time, which will be given depending upon the availability. The normal tariff will be charged on extension. On failure to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have right to remove the guest and their belongings from the occupied room.
  • Company’s lien on guest’s luggage and belongings :- In case of default in the payment of dues by guest, the management shall have linen on their luggage and belongings.
  • Luggage storage :-Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in assigned place, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause  .
  • Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed . The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to guest’s belongings from either rooms or any other part of hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft.
  • Resort is pet friendly. However, pets are strictly prohibited in  rooms, dining area and swimming pool.
  • Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. The guest shall be solely responsible to the management, its other guests, visitors and servants for the damage that maybe cause by combustible or hazardous goods.
  • Damage to the property :-The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property or plants cause by themselves or any person for whom the are responsible. K. K. Argotourism reserves right to retain 
  • Management Rights:- In case the guests is causing any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises.The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/ her room or any other area oh the hotel forthwith, without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and guests shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. in case the guests is causing any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises.
  • K. K. Agrotourism is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate Federal or state laws. K. K. AGROTOURISM has zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit, refuse service or accommodation in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the state of Maharashtra and the owners for the operation and management of the hotel. K. K. Agrotourism will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations , is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests.
  • LOST AND FOUND:- K. K. Agrotourism assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something valuable, please call us immediately and we will assist you in locating your lost item.
  • Found items will be collected, logged in, and kept in secure location for collection by the owner for up to 14 days. reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
  • ALCOHOL:-Registered guests of legal age can choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not allowed in areas such as lobby , swimming pool. 
  • Parking for registered guest is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. K. K. Agrotourism shall not assume liability or responsiblility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on  hotel property.
  • K.K. AGROTOURISM reserves right to refuse accommodation to a guest arriving with a contagious disease. In case sickness occurs during the stay, please notify. In case of serious illness, you may be requested to receive appropriate health care facility from a nearby healthcare facility. During epidemics we are entitled to employ precautionary measures as required.
